Firm Partner's Photograph selected for Long Island History Art Show

A photograph by Brian T. Egan, a partner at Egan & Golden, LLP,  was selected for inclusion in the juried art show #MyLongIslandLandmarks hosted by the Society for the Preservation of Long Island Antiquities. The exhibit of photos, paintings and illustrations of Long Island’s historic places runs June through November 2016 at the SPLIA Gallery in Cold Spring Harbor. Exploring what the word “landmark” means, this show features work from all over the island, and includes public submissions from people using the Instagram hashtag #MyLongIslandLandmarks. The piece is titled "Semper Fidelis" and depicts Egan's English bulldog, Spencer, at the John Roosevelt Estate, "Meadow Croft" in Sayville, NY.

In addition to being an attorney with Egan & Golden, LLP, Egan is a published historian,  with his work on topics such as Long Island history, the American Revolution, and Irish American history appearing in newspapers, journals and scholarly publications.
