Christopher A. Bianco, Esq. received his B.A., cum laude, in Political Science and Economics from the University of Notre Dame. He received his law degree from New York University School of Law.
His practice is focused on municipal and commercial litigation. He has represented municipalities and developers in a variety of land use and real property litigations, including the successful defense of multiple Article 78 challenges to the $100 million New Village Project in Patchogue. He has also assisted municipalities in drafting and enacting zoning code provisions and other land use regulations. In commercial matters he has represented individuals and business entities in a variety of litigations involving corporate dissolutions, shareholder disputes, and business torts. He routinely appears before the Supreme Court of the State of New York, including its Commercial Division, as well as federal courts and the Appellate Division of the State Supreme Court.
Mr. Bianco is admitted to the bar of the State of New York, the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of New York, and the U.S. District Court, Southern District of New York. He is a member of the New York State and Suffolk County Bar Associations.
