Zachary D. Dubey, Esq.

ZACHARY D. DUBEY has been practicing law since 2007, handling a wide variety of real estate and business matters for individuals, businesses, land developers and not-for-profit organizations. 

Zach regularly handles large commercial real estate purchases, sales and leases throughout Long Island and New York City. He also represents clients in all facets of residential real estate.

In the business arena, Zach helps entrepreneurs realize their dream of owning and growing their own business, whether in the restaurant/retail space, the service industry or professional services sector.  Zach creates business entities by determining which type is best for his clients, and works with them to develop organizational documents best suited for their success.

Zach helps existing companies find solutions to their legal challenges and concerns, including but not limited to expanding their scope of services, acquiring local competitors, transitioning into new physical spaces and navigating the local regulatory environment.

Zach routinely facilitates the resolution of various types of legal disputes between family members, business partners and third parties through court proceedings and private settlements.

 

Zach is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the Suffolk County Bar Association.  He serves on the SCBA Board of Directors, Commercial Litigation Committee, Corporate and Commercial Transactions Committee and is a past chair of the Judicial Screening Committee and the Condemnation and Tax Certiorari Committee.  He also serves as an arbitrator for the New York State Office of Court Administration’s Fee Dispute Resolution Program.

 

Zach considers each client to be his most important client, and treats each with the level of respect, consideration, and responsiveness that he would expect from a professional helping him to accomplish an important goal.  He was born and raised in Suffolk County, and currently lives there with his wife and children.
