Besunder elected as State Bar Delegate

Firm Partner Harvey B. Besunder was elected as an “Elected Delegate” to the New York State Bar Association for the 10th Judicial District for the second consecutive year. The NYSBA at its annual meeting on January 19, 2024 adopted resolutions accepting reports and recommendations regarding diversity, anti-Semitism and anti-Asian hate issues. The association has also scheduled a convocation to discuss the return of Civics instruction in the schools to educate students on the importance of civic education and understanding the working of democracy in the United States.
