Zachary D. Dubey, Esq. recently participated in a continuing legal education course presented by the Transactional and Corporate Law Committee of the Suffolk County Bar Association to a group of 70 lawyers on “Buying and Selling a Business.” The presentation covered contract negotiations, due diligence and the fictitious portrayal of a business closing. The course focused on practical considerations in negotiating, drafting and closing a business sale. Dubey is a Senior Associate at Egan & Golden, LLP (Patchogue & Bridgehampton) practicing in the area of commercial transactions and real estate. He is a member of the Suffolk County Bar Association Board of Directors.
