Matthew Nosenchuk, Esq.

Matthew Nosenchuk received his B.A. in Linguistics from Binghamton University, where he minored in Spanish. He received his law degree from Yeshiva University – Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where he was a staff editor on the Moot Court Team, and a student clinician in the Criminal Defense Clinic.  

Prior to joining Egan & Golden, Matt worked for a Manhattan based firm where he represented hundreds of claimants in Workers’ Compensation claims before the New York State Workers’ Compensation Board. Matt also has experience litigating in Kings County housing court and working on various transactional matters.

At Egan & Golden, Matt’s practice consists of estate planning and administration, matrimonial law, and civil litigation.

Matt is admitted to the state bar of New York.  He is a member of the American Bar Association and the New York Bar Association.
